Your business.
A considered setup.
Keep the parts of service your guests and buyers know. Give Khushie the information, connections and boundaries to fit around them.
- 01
Choose the workspace that fits your business.
Select Restaurant or Supplier when you create your account. Restaurants start with menus and reservations; food suppliers start with inventory. Add more businesses under the same account, each with its own team, settings and history.
- 02
Keep the number your callers know.
Review forwarding from your existing business number, the private staff destination and fallback. Test the arrangement before changing live traffic.
- 03
Make your business the source of truth.
Review your restaurant menu or supplier inventory, product information, hours and policies. Supplier inventory begins with QuickBooks Online sandbox import and supported item updates; connection validation comes before live use.
- 04
Connect the workflows you actually support.
Verify the provider, business mapping and permissions. Restaurant bookings remain in the reservation system. Supplier orders retain their source call and accounting outcome; QuickBooks order posting needs agreed accounting rules and verified setup.
- 05
Set the hospitality rules.
Choose your greeting, answering schedule, voice, order rules and staff handoff policy. Keep customer preferences optional and explicit.
- 06
Test every promised journey.
Review the journeys your business supports: questions, order confirmation and staff transfers, plus restaurant bookings or supplier inventory and accounting outcomes. A missing capability or uncertain outcome needs a clear recovery path.
- 07
Go live when the setup is verified.
Activation follows verified service and workflow checks. Saving settings is separate from applying them to a live phone service. The current preview does not activate business phone routing.
